There are glimpses of optimism in the world. A vaccine has been developed and slowly the population is rolling up their sleeves to get vaccinated. There is hope that one day we will go back into living a normal life.
As I study the success, trials and tribulations of successful people, I see that many of them have been focus on their goals and they have been relentless until they have seen their goals come to fruition.
Occasionally I get frustrated because of the slow growth of the podcast, the slow growth of the website, and of the YouTube Channel, but at the same time, I continue seeing a continuous growth. This makes me think that one day, I will be successful as well.
I am already a success in the eyes of my friends, but alas, I still suffer from comparison bias and I continue comparing myself with people who have achieved way more than me.
Dreaming out loud, I would like to have interviews like the ones done by The Economist, with the shakers and mover of the world. I guest that the first step to achieving a goal is to know where I would like to go and that’s the direction when I would like to go.
Now, let talk about some business. Let’s see what was the growth of the podcast and website for the month of February 2021
Website visits
This is the fourth consecutive month that I have over 2,500 visits. Sooner or later there will be a breakout and we will be above 3,000. This month we had 2,590.

Alexa Ranking

Unfortunately, I went backward. The goal is to have a ranking of under one million. It seems that my ranking continues going backward. Whatever needs to be done to have a good ranking, I am not doing it.

Domain Authority (DA) is a search engine ranking score developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). A Domain Authority score ranges from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.

Podcast downloads
1,944 downloads. I feel happy that I am hovering around the 2,000 mark, only a few months ago I was happy to have over 1,000 downloads.

Overall it has been a great month. Visits to the website and podcast downloads stayed about the same, but YouTube views and subscribers continue to increase.
I have a feeling that next month we will hit over 3,000 visits to the website and 3,000 podcast downloads. Little by little, we will make this a great podcast/blog.
