Mark started investing when he was in his early 20s, by doing all the classic mistakes, he started his investment endeavors by buying the regular high fee mutual funds offered by all the major Canadian banks.
After some self teaching, he discovered that the Canadian financial industry didn’t have his best interest at heart and that if wanted his money to work hard for him, he would have to do his own research and his own investing. thus the creation of “My Own Advisor.”
