Benoit Chalifoux is the Deputy Director of International Affairs at UQAM (Universite de Quebec a Montreal) and a speaker about Soft Skills

Benoit became a Soft Skill speaker almost by accident. His supervisor was organizing an event and one of the speakers had to cancel because he had difficulty with his visa. The supervisor asked Benoit to do the speech and Benoit accepted. After the speech, Benoit had lots of positive feedback and he was hooked on public speaking.

Today, Benoit travels all over Canada, Europe, and Africa speaking about Emotional Intelligence and Soft Skills.
