Aidan McCullen is an Irish former professional rugby player, transformation consultant, and executive coach.

Aidan is a board member, adviser, lecturer, executive coach, consultant, and host of the Innovation Show.

As a former international and professional rugby player for over a decade, he now applies his discipline to the world of disruption and innovation. Aidan is a recognized pioneer in digital media marketing solutions, products, and business models in Ireland.

Having overseen and implemented digital transformation for a global media company and sitting on the board of the Irish Internet Association, Aidan held a position as Head of Innovation for the National Broadcaster in Ireland.

After a brief, but invaluable time there, he worked first as an innovation consultant and then as an organizational transformation consultant. He is also a non-executive board member for National Broadband Ireland.

It is through this work that he formulated the mantra, “You cannot change business models until you first change mental models.” These experiences collided in his workshops and first book “Undisruptable”.
